Pre-contract cost advice
We are able to draw upon our vast experience in the building industry
to produce accurate Estimates based on Bills of Quantities, Specifications
and Drawing packages; Specification and Drawing packages; Drawings
and site visits and even Clients works list and site visit.

is the policy of Cliden Construction Limited to maintain and administer
strict regulated control on the quality of our services delivered; all
activities are being regulated toward achieving BS Accreditation.
Cliden employs experienced, qualified tradespersons, to use British
Standard endorsed materials. All plant and tools are tested and maintained.
This reflects our intent to ensure quality control is imposed on all
activities to secure the provision of a quality service.
